Read the story a couple of times then answer the questions.

 

 2. Look at the four pictures on the left handout and write four sentences.  Then, look at the handout on the right and copy the emergency supplies in your notebook.

e.g.   What is the man talking about?

          What should you do when driving in the winter?

          How can the roads be in the winter?

          Is driving in the winter the same as driving in the summer?

          Should you drive slower or faster as the posted speed limit? (when the roads are slippery)

          What else should you do?
